Yes, it's another unforgettable night from the longest running operatic dinner show in the Chicago area, Venuti's Opera Dinner! We kick off our summer season...which just so happens to follow our 18th regular season...with a terrific evening of food, music and laughs. Host Warren Moulton is joined by soprano Theresa Ludden, mezzo soprano Lauren Curnow, tenor Simon Kyung Lee and baritone Bill McMurray for a 90+ minute program of operatic arias and ensembles, classic Broadway and a few surprises. For a very affordable $50.00 plus tax, you will enjoy a full course Italian feast from appetizers to dessert...including unlimited wine and one cocktail...followed by an outstanding performance. Join Warren Moulton, Franco Martorana and Simon Kyung Lee, a.k.a. The Other 3 Tenors as they perform "A Night in Italy" at the Acorn Theater in Three Oaks, Michigan. This performance, part of Robert Swan's "Opera at the Acorn" series, includes such perennial Italian favorites as "Mattinata", "Torna a Surriento", "'O sole mio" and "Mamma", as well as a Broadway showtune or two, an Irish love song, a Korean song about a libidinous fisherman and a dirty Yiddish standard!
